Reiki is an energy that is channeled by a Practitioner to help restore physical and emotional well being.  It is a natural and non invasive process of healing designed to balance and harmonize by a process similar to the "laying on of hands".  Clients do not need to undress and lay on the massage table usually covered by a light blanket.

Reki can:

• Relieve pain and injuries

• Regenerate body tissues

• Loosen blocked energies caused by, for instance, stress

Emmett Therapies

The Chameleon Approach To Body Therapies

Emmett is an internationally recognised muscle release technique that uses points on the body, like trigger points, to help the body reset itself into alignment.

It is gentle, safe and simple to apply.  It is available to people of all ages.

Heather Lamb has been a Reiki Practitioner for over 20 years and has recently undertaken additional training in the Emmett Technique.  With her 15 years experience as an Internationally recognised Athletics Coach, she could see the movement patterns of her sporting participants would benefit from Emmett.  While relatively new to the Emmett Technique, Heather has enrolled in further studies to bring you the latest information and techniques of this therapy.
